The third short term exchange of students in our project was hosted by HLW St. Veit in Austria from Feb 5th - Feb 9th 2017. The main topic of this international meeting was nutrition & gastronomy as well as the final work on our recipe book. Two field trips gave insights on the production of food and drinks and we continued to think about ways to reduce food waste with a wastecooking session and a workshop. And of course we hope that our guests did enjoy typical Austrian food and drinks.
