The ETHICS PORTFOLIO includes material about food ethics in general, the problem of food waste, fair trade, etc. as well as teaching methods and ideas for your class to improve your knowledge about ethical aspects of food and nutrition. Most of this materials are products of our work on the project, but some are created by  public or private organisations and we added them here because we found them very useful.
